We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to take the lead in managing a range of services that include Supported Housing, Housing Support and Advice, Floating Support and our Dispersed Scheme.. These services provide support to vulnerable people who may be struggling with mental health difficulties to maintain their individual health and wellbeing, manage their tenancy appropriately and live as independently as possible through the provision of housing related services.
The Service Manager will hold responsibility for the day-to-day management, service impact, quality, compliance and financial performance of the service, together with a key focus on continuous improvement and development.
You will lead a team of workers providing recovery focussed, compassionate, dynamic mental health and housing related support.
This role involves a combination of working from different bases and carrying out appointments across different locations within the Vale of Glamorgan and surrounding areas. There is also the expectation of attendance at regular organisational meetings which may take place in Swansea, Cardiff, Newport and Blackwood and therefore requires a Full UK Driving License with access to a vehicle.

DATA RETENTION
How long will you use my information for?
